About Support Local

Support Local is a new social media app that makes it easier to connect to and support businesses and organizations in communities across the country.

Using the power of crowd funding and community engagement, Support Local leverages the generosity of small businesses and community members to bolster the efforts of small organizations that are unique to every small town in America.

Key Features Include

• Every purchase SnapShop made at participating businesses gives back 5% to organizations chosen by users. 

• Organizations have a consolidated place to raise funding through 5% giving (SnapShops), campaigns, direct donations and more.

• Users stay plugged in with the impact their favorite organizations and business are making in their community.

The app was started by David Baxter of Baxter Management in Columbia, TN. Through the app, David hopes to create tight knit communities that are more aware of the causes and businesses that make each city a unique and special place to live.
