Using the My Transactions page

The purpose of the table you’ll find on the My Transaction page is for you to see and approve or reject receipts representing transaction at your business. In another article, we’ll talk about your custom transaction flagging system that will ensure you’re only sending support to organizations when a legitimate transaction was created by a Customer/Supporter.

  • Receipt ID: This is the unique code created for each receipt. 

  • Receipt amount: This is the sub-total of the receipt uploaded. 

  • Donated amount: This is the 5% you’ve agreed to send to your customer’s favorite organization(s). 

  • Points Received: This is how many points you received for this transaction. 

  • Date of Upload: This is the date the receipt was uploaded, but not necessarily the date of the transaction. That information would be on the receipt image if needed. 

  • Status: All transactions are listed as pending for up to 48 hours – after which, the receipt will automatically be approved. This gives you and your team time to look over receipts and ensure nothing looks out of place. But don’t worry, we know you’re busy running a business and if something ever slips by, we’re happy to help address your concerns.
