The Dashboard Explained
The Dashboard is your place to get an overview of how your business is benefitting from supporting local organizations.
Your Points – For every $50 someone spends at your business, you earn 1 point. These points accumulate over time and can be spent on low-cost, direct advertising to your local current and future customers. We’ll talk more about what opportunities you can take advantage of here (link), but for now, keep an eye on this number to know how many points you have available to spend.
Receipts Uploaded This Week – This number will tell you just how many receipts were submitted by your customers during the current week.
Your Donations Breakdown This Week – Want to know where your money is going in the community? Check out this chart to see what your customers care the most about.
Number of Sales This Week – Slightly different from receipts, the number of sales represents receipts that you’ve approved through out the week. Occasionally, you may come across a receipt that is old, a duplicate, or perhaps not even your receipt. As such, you won’t approve the receipt, and as such, this number will only represent receipts that have been approved.
Total Dollars Donated – This number is your shiny badge of honor. Over time, you’ll see this number grow and grow so you can be proud of the financial support you’ve given back to your local area’s do-gooders. It’s entrepreneurs like yourself that are the backbone of the community and your commitment to making it better is what makes your business and town exceptional.
